Water is normally collected in a gutter.
- Gutters can be made from plastic pipes, wooden planks, waterproof cloth, bent or folded galvanized iron sheets.
- The gutter has to be large enough to collect all water during heavy rainfall.
- The pipe work is usually made of PVC or HDPE pipes.
